The territory of the Municipality of Colli Verdi preserves a naturalistic heritage of extraordinary beauty and a wide variety of local flora and fauna. This natural wealth represents both a point of pride for the territory and a treasure to be preserved and protected. Those who visit Colli Verdi can enjoy an uncontaminated panorama that embraces the beauty of the Oltrepò Pavese and its valleys.

The main naturalistic attraction present in the territory is the Parco Locale d’Interesse Sovracomunale (PLIS) of Castello di Verde. The Park, with its approximately 33 hectares of which 24 km are wooded, has great landscape and environmental value.
The “Butterfly Garden” is also part of the PLIS, an example of preservation of the fauna and its relative habitat.

The presence of many equipped picnic areas and panoramic points scattered throughout the entire territory of Colli Verdi, equally divided between the main hamlets of the municipality, allows you to relax and enjoy a break immersed in nature during the summer.

Finally, for sports enthusiasts, the area offers a dense network of nature trails with different levels of intensity, which can be explored on foot, by bike and even on horseback.
