The Cerutti Bakery is a historic business founded in 1947 by Quintino Cerutti in Pometo in the then municipality of Ruino. For three generations the Cerutti family has preserved the originality of its products and the quality of its service. The typical product of the Cerutti Bakery, which makes it unique and recognizable in the area, are POMETO BRASADE’: shortcrust pastry donuts made following the original recipe and a specific method, handed down over time. Over the years the proposal has expanded and to date includes: chocolate chip, sultanas, wholemeal, chocolate chip and two-tone wholemeal Brasadè.
Cerutti bakery offers a wide range of breads: from the classic Miccone to bread with 5 whole grains, from bread with turmeric, to rye bread and durum wheat bread. There is also a vast offer of focaccias and pizzas.
Cerutti bakery is not only baked products but also counter products. Typical cured meats and cheeses from our area that go perfectly with our homemade bread.
